End Summer School Student Enrollments 

Navigation: Student Information > General Student Administration > Enrollment End Batch Wizard

Retentions

• A filter may be needed to designate student's that are retained at the end of summer school. Use the Retentions at End of Year article to create a filter and end the enrollments for those that are retained at the end of summer school.
• Run the Enrollment End Batch Wizard process to end enrollments for retained students using the retained filter created in the previous step.
• The End Date should be the last instructional day of the summer school calendar.
• Select RT: Retained as the local end status.

Promotions

• Run the Enrollment End Batch Wizard process to end enrollments for all students. Students with existing end dates and end statuses will not be changed when running this process. 
• The End Date should be the last instructional day of the summer school calendar.
• Select the PR: Promoted as the local end status. (Retention students should have been processed in an earlier step.)
