Victim Resolutions have been added to the Core Attribute Dictionary. (System Settings > Custom Data and Links > Core Attribute/Dictionary > Behavior > State Resolution Code (61)). Any active code seen here should have a matching/corresponding Behavior Resolution Type available under Behavior Office > Settings > Resolution Type Setup in the All Schools context.
