Students that graduate from a CCAHS will need an enrollment in the current year. If an enrollment already exists, the W2T end status should be changed to a W4/W6. If an enrollment does not exist, a new enrollment will be created with the date the student completed the CCAHS program as both the start and end date. The Admission Status must be VST1. The end date, end status, and diploma period assigned in the graduation tool will determine if the student is reported as a mid-year graduation or end-of-year graduation on the GDV collection.
Navigation: Student Information > General > Graduation
- Enter the Diploma date as the date the student completed the Adult High School program.
- Select FRC: Future Ready Core for the diploma type.
- Select R: Regular Period, M: Mid-Year, or S: Summer for the diploma period, as appropriate.
- Select the appropriate Post Grad Plans from the dropdown.
- Click Save to update the graduation tool.
