Summer School Assessment Data

Pre and Post Assessment should be imported into Infinite Campus for students that attended the Helene Learning Recovery Summer program. The assessment(s) imported for each student should match the type of assessment completed in the Assessment Used: field on their Summer Education program. Assessments that can be used already have structures set up in Infinite Campus. This is the list of assessments that are available:

Importing Assessment Data
Detailed instructions for Assessment Data Mapping and Importing can be found in the Assessment Center- Data Mapping and Importing | Infinite Campus article.
Since the assessment structures already exist, you may click on the assessment name in the list, then click "Save and Next" at the bottom of the screen to start the mapping and importing process.
Files that contain the test data to be imported must have the following qualifications:
- Each assessment type being imported must be in separate files.
- Files must contain, at a minimum, the following fields (header names do not have to match exactly and more data than is listed can exist in the file; typical downloads from third party systems should work)
- Student Number
- Test Date
- Raw Score
- Percentile
- Files must be in a comma delimited format (*.csv).
